1. A Pre-Tender Meeting will be held on 09-02-2024 at 16:00 hours in the office of the Chief
Engineer (Project Central) to clarify the issue and to answer questions on any matter that may
be raised at that stage as stated in “Instructions to Tenderers” of the Technical Bid Document.
2. Technical Bids will be opened on the website http://kppp.karnataka.gov.in in the office of the
Executive Engineer (Project Central–8) on 19-02-2024 at 10:30 hours.
3. Aspiring Tenderers / Contractors who have not registered in Karnataka Public Procurement
Portal should register before participating through the website http://kppp.karnataka.gov.in
4. Before Submission of Online Tenders, Tenderers must ensure that Scanned Copies of all the
necessary Documents have been attached with the Tender.
5. All the Information’s required for Tenders must be filled and submitted online.
