Tender SURE Phase A roads — project status presentation (Feb 2021)

Ongoing Issues/Approvals required from BenSCL.
• Provision of 80 benches at 7 locations (capacity of 3 persons/bench) around Vidhana sowdha, and Rajbahvana for
police personals as requested by Vidhana sowdha Police station.
• 450mm dia ERW pipe line from HLR for a length of 700mtr length.
• Water connection for Rajbhavana and LH.
• Landscape provision from chalulya hotel to Sophia school around 75.00mtr length on LHS.
• Milling of existing surface and provision of wearing course for all roads.
• Final finishing of paver blocks and subsequent deduction in RA bills for rectification.
• Electrical street light installation and functioning.
• Handing over of Power and OFC ducts to BBMP concerned departments.
• Plantation and maintenance of Plants in Landscape portion.
